Treatment Of Insomnia With Clinical Hypnosis
A Clinical Hypnotherapist will discuss with the patient to identify any possible contributing factors to the insomnia in physical and psychological level. Later on, the Clinical Hypnotherapist will induce the patient in trance in order to encourage healthy sleeping habit to the subconscious mind. Teaching change to subconscious mind is more powerful than lecture at conscious level because all our habit are control by our subconscious mind.
If the patient has Transient Insomnia whereby the root cause was from changes of life condition such as jet lag, stress or bereavement, the Clinical Hypnotherapist will help the patient to face the changes of life condition in a more acceptable and comfortable way. For patients with secondary Insomnia such as experiencing pain, depression, anxiety, the Clinical Hypnotherapy will treat the psychosomatic illness first before treating the insomnia because treatment root cause is more importance than treating symptoms. Where the psychosomatic illness resolved, insomnia will disappear as well.
